 Claims against trucking companies are a specialized area
In a normal accident insurance claim, there are two parties – the accident victim and a single insurance carrier. In commercial truck cases, the picture is more complex. There is the liability and business insurance of the business which owns the truck, leasing company insurance, specialized insurance on the cargo or trailer, and others.
